ITA Yoga offers a $59 new student membership for 30 days of unlimited classes — a great deal if you’d like to explore more yoga during the challenge.

This class combines movement and held postures to increase strength and flexibility. Longer posture holds allow the student to adjust, modify, build patience and endurance.
We emphasize pranayama (breath work), an integral part of yoga practice. The student is encouraged to establish a deep connection to the breath in order to bring balance to the mind and body.
Great class for beginners needing a slower paced class with more detailed instruction and for students of all levels needing to slow down and pay more attention to their posture alignment.
Classes are geared towards all levels of practice and students are encouraged to make modifications as necessary to take care of themselves.
***The temperature in this class reaches 90 degrees.***
***Infrared Heaters are used in all classes.***

**"TRIVIA TUESDAY: BRING YOUR SMARTEST FRIENDS"**

Regular Tuesday trivia continues with Sporcle hosting two rounds of questions that'll test everything you think you know.

Two games at 7pm and 8pm, perfect for teams of 5 or fewer. We've got drink specials running all night, **plus plenty of** **non-alcoholic options** if that's more your speed.

Winners take home gift cards - $20 for first place, $10 for second. But the real prize is getting to show off that random knowledge you've been carrying around all week.

Tables fill up pretty quickly on trivia nights. The GM is kind enough to reserve a booth for us, which comfortably seats 6. If we max out, the seating is first come, first serve. (Several seats opened up for the second game at 8pm).

**Where:** Lowertown Bar & Café, 1031 Broadway Ann Arbor, MI 48103
**Parking:** It’s free but a little tricky. Be sure to check the parking [map](https://lowertowna2.com/parking) before you go!

The Kellogg Eye Center lot is free after 5 (I would avoid the Michigan lot attached though. Not sure about that one).j

This looks like a special Ann Arbor event that directly supports the conversation around sobriety and alcohol-free living.

We had to reschedule this showing because the actor was sick and cancelled. 4 of us are rescheduled 11/7 @ 8pm in Row D1-D4. It's a tiny venue so grab a seat where you can.

Let’s gather in-person for a casual Sober & Social Meet & Greet and discuss starting a Book Club!

Come out to meet like-minded neighbors who are exploring or already living alcohol-free, and who want to keep learning, growing, and connecting in meaningful ways.

I booked the River Birch Room @ Malletts Creek Library to chat about what kind of reading experience we want to create together.
