​**The Collective Canvas** is an ongoing community art project where we come together to reflect, express, and co-create one evolving artwork.
​Through **guided journaling, mind-mapping, and creative prompts**, we explore themes like

*love & compassion*
*the dancing self portrait*

and bring them onto a shared canvas.

✨ **Theme: Removing Obstacles**

* ​What are obstacles?
* ​What exists within us?
* ​What exists around us (society)?
* ​How do we remove, break, or navigate them?

​Layer by layer, session by session, the artwork grows — shaped by everyone who joins.

​✨ No experience needed

​At the end of the journey, we gather as a community — and each participant receives a piece of the final artwork.

A gentle mantra-based meditation to calm the nervous system, soften the mind, and invite a deeper sense of flow, trust, and connection with the rhythm of life.
* ​**Guided Art Therapy Practice — Dancing Self-Portrait**
In this creative process, we will explore the theme of *Leela* by creating a **dancing self-portrait** — an expression of our carefree, joyful self. Through color, movement, and intuition, we give form to the part of us that knows how to play, flow, and move with life.
* ​**Sharing & Reflection**
We close the evening with tea & snacks, creating a warm space for reflection, connection, and gentle integration.

​​Mamta is a certified Art Therapy Coach whose holistic approach weaves together mindfulness, intuitive painting, meditation, and yogic philosophy.
​​She further refined her expertise through her professional training as an Ayurveda Therapist & Ayurvedic Psychotherapist.

As a traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher, she brings depth and authenticity to her work, enriched by the generational wisdom passed down through her Indian roots.
​​Her work integrates these disciplines into a grounded, creative, and deeply healing therapeutic framework.
