Trails 4 Tatas Fundraiser at Raising Canes

Calling all turkeys...err I mean calling for all turkeys!

It's time to Stuff A Jeep to support the 23rd Annual "Flying High Turkey Drive". Drop off your turkeys, cash, grocery store gift cards or checks made payable to the "Prescott Chamber Foundation" at Summit 4x4 Headquarters, 420 Miller Valley Road in Prescott between 10 am and 4:30 pm. All turkeys will be donated to the Yavapai Food Bank.

Last year we had 35 turkeys and $1,375 in cash/checks donated - let's see if we can beat it this year with 50 turkeys and $1,500 in cash/checks!!!

Annual Stuff A Jeep Turkey Drive

**Rating: Difficult** \- Rocky\, Tight Squeeze\, Possible pinstriping

**Trail Description**-Trail is remote and lightly traveled as it winds back and forth across Turkey Creek. The trail is sometimes referred to as Dead Cow Gulch even though it follows a narrow canyon called Black Canyon. After Howard Copper Mine, you’ll climb into foothills and end with a scenic descent to Castle Creek Road. Stop in at Cleator Bar, open weekends.

**Trail Time:** 6+ hours

**Vehicle Requirements:** Minimum tire size of 33”, skids, full-size spare, front and rear recovery points, fire extinguisher, some recovery gear, and be comfortable getting dirty if needed.

**Dogs:** Dogs are welcome to come along, but they must be on a leash at all times when they are out of the vehicle!

**Waiver requirement:** If you have not already filled out a 2025 waiver, please click on the link below and download it to your computer. 8:30 a.m. Driver's Meeting
8:45 a.m. Hard roll out

**Notes/special instructions:** Please make sure you arrive with a full tank of fuel, lunch and plenty of water and snacks for everyone in your vehicle. Plan on staying out longer than planned, so also have all medication and personal items that are necessary. Please make sure you are wearing appropriate footwear for loose surfaces.
