From June 11 to July 23, I will lead a daily (Mo - Fri) Sunrise Walk & Talk Retreat in nature in South Boulder.

I believe that a Sunrise Walk & Talk Retreat could benefit everyone who is interested. The intention of the walk is to connect with your inner self, your true deepest feelings and your own needs. Through nature, guidance, support and other modalities for 6 weeks. Six weeks of daily awareness could shift any challenges.

Come every day for 6 weeks or come once or twice to see the benefits that even one morning of self-reflection and awareness can bring. I believe that every day or even one day can begin to make a difference in your life.

Come join us to connect with nature and experience the individual magic of every day. Find what individually speaks to you, each and every morning has a different moment that will help bring peace and clarity to your day. A daily sunrise walk, reflection and guidance are the perfect way to start every day and calm your mind before the commitments of everyday life take over. There's space for everybody, every goal, every story.

Please note that dogs are prohibited at this part of the South Boulder Creek Trail.
