One of the least known communities in the United States are American Muslims, though they have been a part of the United States even before there was a United States. Join us for an enlightening afternoon featuring clips and footage from one of the Executive Producers of the award-winning PBS film, The Great Muslim American Road Trip. He'll be taking you on a Route 66 adventure some amazing stories from our history, like the connection between Jefferson Davis and a Muslim camel driver, the origins of blues music, how a village inspired the worlds tallest building, and much more. Plus, if you've never been inside a mosque, this is a good opportunity to experience that as well. Come with an open mind and a curious heart.
