While looking for ways to introduce fun at work, Karthik found that tabletop games, specifically Dungeons & Dragons, brought the team together really well for Self-Organized Product Management. Karthik will highlight the lessons learned from their gaming activities in this talk, with a focus on how you and your team can benefit from them as well.

About Karthik: He is an Agile Coach and Product Manager, and has spent the better part of the last decade in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors of New York and California.
About CrossLend: CrossLend’s mission is to streamline Europe’s lending industry through flexible securitization and the establishment of a European Digital Debt Exchange.
About Helmar: He is a Product Owner since 2 years now and before as a Dev, IT-Consultant, Project Manager and Tester. His journey into the agile world started with some unusual books he found to be very useful. He would like to share that with other product owners.
