They are the only skills that can bring a team together and achieve goal alignment - throughout the company. To a PM, Scrum Master and Team, both are central building blocks for product, company as well as personal development.

Carlo will share a short personal working experience and an adaptation of Agile framework in start-up settings. He will show the importance of frugality, servant leadership and team alignment above and beyond budget.

He will also introduce a game - Agile Rhythm - that he created which will be interesting to experiment altogether.

About the speaker

• Carlo is currently working as Business Trainer for Arvato Bertelsmann in Berlin. He has experience as a Facilitator, Coach and was a co-founder of a media and event management company in the UK. He has worked as a Product Manager in Portugal and Berlin and is a certified Scrum Master.
  ‘I create a productive high-morale working atmosphere, help teams and individuals to achieve more, feel fulfilled and grow at work and beyond’.
