How We AI: Our Vibe Coding Journey at Value Rebels
10 out of 10 people talk about vibe coding, but probably only 2 actually really try it. We went deep. Every Friday, we experiment with AI tools like Replit and Lovable, turning personal product ideas into MVPs—and sometimes even live apps with real users. In this talk, I will share what we built, the lessons we learned, and the hacks that helped us push the limits of AI-assisted product experimentation.

About Sandra:
Sandra Hinz is a passionate product professional and Co-Founder of the Value Rebels, a product consultancy founded in 2020. She worked as Product Manager and Product Lead for 10+ years in companies such as zooplus and Justeattakeaway, where she majorly influenced the product success and shaped the product organization.
Together with the Value Rebels she is on a mission to shake up the digital product world in Europe and ensure that the next generation of companies uses the role of Product Management to generate more value faster instead of defining feature roadmaps that miss the mark.

He previously drove development of an ML-driven ad tech product at Flix Tech. For the past 5 years, he has focused on developing RAG systems, chat applications, and evaluation frameworks at Procure.AI, Inworld AI, and Allianz SE. His work emphasizes bridging advanced ML research with practical product needs, particularly in measuring AI quality in real-world environments.
