Salsa Cubana Musicality Workshop (open level)

Details
In this workshop, we will explore the different instruments that make up the sound of salsa music. From the steady rhythm of the congas to the crisp sound of the cowbell, the melodic patterns of the piano to the driving lines of the bass—we’ll listen, break down, and move with intention. For each instrument, we will learn specific dance movements or dynamics that reflect its unique character and role in the music. This is not about learning a fixed choreography, but about developing a deeper understanding of how to feel and interpret the music through your body. By the end of the session, you’ll be more confident dancing with the music—not just to it.
