PyData CoBo: First Bonn Meetup

Hello Pythonistas!

We are happy to welcome you to our first event in Bonn. After our successfull kick-off in Cologne last month we are happy to follow up with one in Bonn. Like last month there will be networking, free refreshments and of course many exciting talks around the topic of Python programming in the field of data science.

The event will be hosted by SISTRIX GmbH and we are looking forward to an evening with two talks there.

#1 Talk: Henning Blunck und Christian Krudewig
Title: Making Machine Learning Models available through APIs

We introduce the connexion Python library (powered by zalando) for API-first design of analytics projects. After a general introduction, we share our experiences on more advanced topics like testing and profiling APIs made with connexion.

#2 Talk: Florian Roessler
Title: Experiences from the PyData community and how to test jupyter notebooks

After a last minute talk cancellation I will be speaking on my experiences in the PyData community and some of the skills I have acquired as a result of this.
