It’s from 2013 that I work mostly remotely, for companies where the team was already distributed or where I didn’t have a team at all.
3 months ago I started working for a very `concrete` company, they produce and sell furniture online.
But I don’t work from the HQ in London, I joined the company as a member of the first `remote team` (flying ninjas!), an experiment that the company started in 2018.
In this presentation I will share my experience about working remotely, how the company’s experiment is going so far and some tips in case you want to try the same with your company.
