** from jobs import working_remotely
It’s from 2013 that I work mostly remotely, for companies where the team was already distributed or where I didn’t have a team at all.
3 months ago I started working for a very `concrete` company, they produce and sell furniture online.
But I don’t work from the HQ in London, I joined the company as a member of the first `remote team` (flying ninjas!), an experiment that the company started in 2018.
In this presentation I will share my experience about working remotely, how the company’s experiment is going so far and some tips in case you want to try the same with your company.
** PySide2
"Qt is much more than just a cross-platform SDK - it's a technology strategy that lets you quickly and cost-effectively design, develop, deploy, and maintain software while delivering a seamless user experience across all devices."
PySide2 is the effort from The Qt Company to connect the best of Qt 5.x with the power of Python, being able to produce software even faster and simpler.

** Lightning Talks
A lightning talk is a presentation shorter than 10 minutes.
Keep it brief and concise with a lot of slides and code.
** Restaurant
At about 8:45 pm we'll move to a nearby Thai restaurant.
