Rust/Ethereum Meetup

We'll be looking into Ethereum (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethereum) and its Parity (https://github.com/ethcore/parity) client, written in Rust. After a brief introduction we will engage with its code e.g. by tackling a supposedly easy issue or two from said list on github (https://github.com/ethcore/parity/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3AQ2-easy), details yet to be decided.
