Rust Nürnberg online #31

What's new in the Rust world? What ideas and projects have you been working on? Meet new people (+ some regulars) and discuss :)

Topic for today, if nothing else comes along: I have prepared skeletons for a firmware, a protocol, and a client app. The firmware will run on both cores of an RP2040, one for for communication over serial usb and the other for some app logic. The client app and the firmware will share the protocol code. We will start with the skeletons and then see how far we get, but we can likely finish a basic system in the time we have.

After, we could jump into rustlings exercises once more. We'll see where it leads us this time - see you there :)
