Join us for a relaxed and engaging outdoor meetup where we explore a topic that affects every team and organisation:
“How to Recognize Conflicts – and the Art of Dealing with Them.”
We’ll start the evening at Vaikuntha, our peaceful garden space, where you'll get a chance to arrive, settle in, and take a look at our visual Kanban wall – a snapshot of what we’re working on.
Then, we’ll dive into a short interactive session on conflict management:

• How to spot conflict before it escalates
• How to respond in a constructive and human way
• Space for group reflection and shared experiences

But it’s not all reflection and theory!
After the session, we’ll shift gears with:
