Die Brauerei Honda ist einer der Stars des Sake Aging in Japan. Wir schenken die Jahrgänge 2021, 2012, 1998, 1999 aus, dazu noch einen neuen 2012 Blend sowie einen mit spanischem Sherry versetzten und im Holzfass gereiften 2016 Vintage.
Dazu leichte Snacks. Und natürlich dazu eine Führung von den Experten für feine Sake, Kai & Jeanne. Wir sprechen Japanisch, Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch und beantworten alle Eure Fragen zu Vintage Sake - wie reift man Sake, welchen Sake, in welchen Gefäßen etc.

The Honda brewery is one of the stars of sake aging in Japan. We serve the vintages 2021, 2012, 1998, 1999, plus a new 2012 blend and a 2016 vintage mixed with Spanish sherry and matured in wooden barrels.Plus light snacks. And of course a guided tour by the experts for fine sake, Kai & Jeanne. We speak Japanese, German, English and French and will answer all your questions about vintage sake - how do you age sake, which sake, in which vessels etc.
