Hands-on: Functional REST services using Http4s and doobie

This month you will have to get your hands dirty again! Luka Jacobowitz (https://twitter.com/LukaJacobowitz) and Benedikt Ritter (https://twitter.com/BenediktRitter) will host a hands-on session about building functional REST services with Http4s and doobie. We will do a short introduction and then we code together.

Http4s (https://github.com/http4s/http4s) is a minimal, idiomatic Scala interface for HTTP services.
doobie (https://github.com/tpolecat/doobie) is a pure functional JDBC layer for Scala.
