Nils missed Anita's insightful talk in Amserfoort, so we've extended a warm invitation to her for this event. Anita previously conducted a workshop on neurodiversity, encompassing conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more, during the Scrum Facilitators Original Conference. Due to overwhelming positive feedback, we're thrilled to have her for our community.
In this session, we'll explore the significance of neurodiversity within Scrum teams and how embracing diverse cognitive styles can enhance team dynamics and performance. Regardless of your role within a team or your level of familiarity with neurodiversity, this workshop welcomes all who are interested in fostering inclusivity and maximizing team potential.
