Wir werden sowohl mit klassischen familiensystemischen Methoden arbeiten als auch – je nach Anliegen – mit Kollektivaufstellungen, rituellen und schamanischen Elementen.
Mein Ziel ist es, unsichtbare Loyalitäten und Verstrickungen ins Bewusstsein zu bringen, und aufzulösen, damit das Leben genossen werden kann.

Systemic Constellations Facilitator Training 3.5-month-program
We have designed a systemic constellations training for those who have a passion for systemic constellations and a desire to learn the key dynamics, underlying theory and philosophy, and also its application, and potential. By the end of this course you will have acquired the core theoretical knowledge, learned the spectrum of methods and techniques as well as have gained an overview where systemic constellations can be applied – from classical family issues, symptoms/diseases, organizational challenges, soul lineage entanglements, nature constellations, to cosmic questions, and many more.
We will focus on the basics of the work. You will get a solid foundation in systemic constellation theory and practice. That means that you may profit from our training even if you have done other trainings that aspire to be more advanced, and sometimes miss working through the basics to a good and adequate extent.
In addition, we want to give space for you to get to know yourself in your own role as a facilitator – to find your innate facilitator you, what potential she/he holds and what you are to bring into the world.
You can of course also participate if you don´t have the goal to work as a systemic constellations facilitator, but if you like to get a thorough understanding, through learning and through personal experience, of the systemic dynamics that work through your life. It may well add to a systemic counseling or to a therapy, systemic or not, that you are having or you may have had.
The training is a combination of teaching, self-awareness, personal experience, peer group work, and opportunity for you to get comfortable in facilitating yourself, while being supervised.
Topics that we will cover
Philosophy: together we will explore the origins and overarching philosophy, vision and potential of systemic constellations work.
Psychology: we will explore the core psychological aspects of re-enactment, of the unconscious, of transference, entanglements, trauma, inner child work, primary and secondary emotions etc.
Societal: we will dive into the potential of collective, cultural and social constellations.
Spritual: we will learn about the sacredness of soul movements, about energy in motion, listening to and trusting the field, rites of passages and the support offered from the spiritual world. And also about the temptation to by-pass ancestral lineage.
Theoretical cornerstones you will acquire
Belonging: soul’s desire to include, belong. Consequences of exclusion. Function of conscience and feelings of guilt.
Orders of Love: the need for order within a given system, e.g. between partners, between parent and child, second partners, standing in a line of ancestors, finding your place in your system.
Balance: the desire to keep balance between giving and receiving. Our experience of guilt and innocence, the oscillation between entitlement and obligation.
Symptoms: exploring the functions of symptoms (e.g. cancer, depression, suicide), diseases, who or what is remembered.
Selection of methods and techniques
Individual vs group, collective and ceremony, silent, humming, phenomenological, constructive, hypothesis based, statements of bonding and resolution, genograms, floor anchors, nature constellations, etc.

This program will be facilitated by Antonia and Rotger alternating.
8 training sessions (2 hours at 11am EST, 5pm CET - Thursdays)
Intensive training on the foundational principles of systemic constellation dynamics and work.

We know about the good effect of meeting in person, parallel to work that happens online. There will be the possibility to meet us and fellow students in our Fall Equinox workshop in Glastonbury, UK, in September 2026.
International Recognition as a Facilitator by Constellators International
If you like to get recognized as Facilitator by the Constellators International you can do so by joining one further part of training with us. By this you will get eligibility to get recognized. You can join our training Healing the Mother and Father Wound, our training Trauma and Inner Child Work or one of our on-site workshops. If you have been to trainings with us before and wish to get recognition please reach out to us.
The training is recognized by Constellators International.
Rotger is recognized as Master Constellator and as Professional Trainer by Constellator International.

Homeopathy meets Systemic Constellations, Shamanism, Witchcraft and Druidry
Ongoing training circle
This circle gives opportunity to experience deeper the topics of Homeopathy, Systemic Constellations, Shamanism, Witchcraft and Druidry, and it serves as an ongoing training circle also for those who already work with the field, with energy medicine, with healing remedies and with helping spirits.
The focus is a bit to the side of offering contents of Homeopathy to practitioners of fellow disciplines, but I expect the circle to be of interest for Homeopaths too, as I want to introduce and try approaches stemming from the other disciplines into the realm of Homeopathy.
I teach the fundamentals of homeopathy and one homeopathic remedy per session. Also there I want to add to the common ways of introducing remedies their part that affects our soul movement more.
Every participant from whichever healing tradition should receive tools that she can use in her own practice.
I also want to put an emphasis on self-awareness in the sessions, through little exercises, or constellations for participants. My view is that the self-awareness still is underrated in the training of Homeopaths, and you can hardly ever do too much on that topic, working as a healer or a counselor. I want to give the opportunity here. You learn most about diseases by putting up your own diseases. You learn most about the energies in the field that hinder healing by looking at your own entanglements. I regard that being of high importance and welcome it into the circle. For this reason, I charge less for a constellation in this circle, if you are open to receive one.
I will record (only) the teaching part of the sessions. You will get access to those recordings if you join the sessions, and you can rent them if you have not been to a session.
You will profit from joining via the experiencing part of our sessions.
