Only 18% women are working in IT in Germany. This isn't acceptable! One thing we need is more awareness to empower and uplift woman joining and much more staying in IT. She 'n IT Nuremberg advocates for making this possible by bringing women* from all backgrounds to the stage and show how divers IT is. But this shouldn't be an issue of women alone. We need more allies and therefore we join forces with the AWS User Group Nuremberg.
