Fancy joining a relaxed online sewing evening — no course pressure?
We’ll meet on Discord to sew, chat, and help each other out. Beginner or advanced, everyone’s welcome — bring your current project, ask questions, or share tips.
Show your workspace (optional):
If you like, you can show your workspace live — for example:
- Camera on Discord (webcam / phone cam)
- Screen share (patterns/instructions on your PC)
- Phone as overhead camera (see tips below)
Schedule (casual, no fixed end):
- 19:00 Arrive + quick tech check (audio/video/screen share)
- Quick round: What are you working on / where are you stuck?
- Free sewing + questions along the way
- Open end — if you get tired, just drop off 🙂
Important:
✅ We start on time at 19:00.
Late arrivals are still welcome, but we can’t properly integrate them into a structured flow — after the start it’s more like “jump in and follow along.”
Tech (please read):
- We’ll meet in a Discord voice channel (optionally with video)
- If you want to show your workspace, phone + laptop works best
(please mute one mic to avoid echo) - Headphones recommended
- Screen share is easiest from the desktop Discord app (browser can be limited)
