We are excited to invite you to our upcoming meetup titled "Happy Teams in Happy Organisations - with Solution Focus" facilitated by Chris Iveson and Susanne Burgstaller.

What is it all about?
The way teammates talk to each other matters more now than ever before: Organisations operate in a context of constant and unpredictable change with workplace stress increasingly becoming the norm.
Teams are expected to make spot-on decisions, increase speed, work autonomously and collaborate effectively. To achieve this, team members need to be able to speak from the heart and build trusting relationships on a peer-to-peer level, while at the same time producing excellent outcomes quickly.

Chris and Susanne will open their treasure chest widely and share tips and tricks from six decades of experience in coaching, training, mentoring and consulting teams at all levels of different organisations. We will each tell a brief case-story about a team in a challenging situation and explore what helped this team come about. We will show you the method we employed to bring about this change and let you try it out.
This will be an extremely practical workshop, focusing on well-tried and tested Solution Focused skills adaptable to every team and workplace.

About the Facilitators:

With over 30 years of experience, Chris has shared his expertise and knowledge across the globe, helping individuals, teams, and businesses develop the Solution-Focused approach to achieve success.

Susanne Burgstaller is an experienced organisational consultant, coach, and author who has been working with Solution-Focused practices for over two decades. As the founder of usolvit, Susanne has helped numerous organisations change and improve by using the Solution Focused approach.
