The Solutions Focus new third edition: what’s changed in the 22 years since the classic book first appeared?

Paul Z Jackson and Mark McKergow’s book The Solutions Focus has been highly influential in introducing solution-focused ideas and practices into coaching, team building, and organisational development. With over 30,000 copies sold in English alone, the book is again out in a fully revised third edition.

Paul and Mark will discuss what’s changed (and what hasn’t) since the first edition appeared, how the field has developed and expanded since the late 1990s, and give a glimpse of the new book and its additions and updates.
