From Agile Coach to OD Professional?

Organisations are cooling down on employing Agile Coaches: it is harder and harder to find new jobs in the field, and this does not mean your knowledge is not needed anymore.
At the same time, we see that the skills themself are needed differently, under a different name and a broader perspective. So the knowledge is still worthwhile, but it can benefit from some improvements.

Join our next Meet-up and hear the story of Jörg Fontaine, Agile coach, and how he scaled up his knowledge from supporting teams to supporting organisations or larger units with the knowledge and strong competency in solution-focused organisation development and design.

Although this is a personal story of Jörg's, he is not the only one on this journey, and he is here to share with you how we have paved the way for many more of you.
