Join SpaceBrewery for Karlsruhe Space Connect, organised in cooperation with SGAC and KIRA Rocketry Team! This free event brings together students, young professionals and space enthusiasts to explore space technology, exchange ideas and meet the people working in the field.
What’s on the programme?
- Earth observation workshop: Explore how satellite observations help us understand our planet and address challenges on Earth.
- Rocket unveiling: Meet KIRA Rocketry Team and get a closer look at their rocket.
- AI in satellite edge computing: Discover how artificial intelligence enables satellites to process data onboard and what this means for space missions.
- Accessible space industry workshop: Tackle accessibility as a design challenge. Explore how removing barriers can improve participation, make space technology more useful to the public and open the industry to the untapped potential of people with disabilities.
Throughout the event, there will be opportunities to connect with fellow participants, share experiences and discuss projects and career paths. Whether you already work in space or are curious about getting involved, you’re welcome to join.
Attendance is free. The event will be held in English.
Bring your curiosity and questions—we look forward to meeting you in Karlsruhe!
