REMOTE - Strategic Business Map Club HH meets Kanban New Zealand

Hallo zusammen,

nachdem wir in diesem Jahr zusammen mit unserem Freuden von der Wardley Mapping Community in München und den Jungs von der Kanban Usergroup Hamburg a.k.a. Limited WiP Society HH Crossover-Meetups erleben durften, geht es jetzt nach Neuseeland.

Silke Noll von Kanban New Zealand - the Limited-WiP-Society hat uns eingeladen, bei ihnen einen Impuls zum Thema "Strategy development with Wardley Maps" zu geben. Das Meetup wird komplett auf Englisch und aufgrund der Zeitverschiebung am frühen Morgen stattfinden. Nachstehend findet Ihr den Einladungstext von unseren neuseeländischen Gastgebern.

"Strategy is more than just stringing together buzzwords. Strategy work presupposes that the environment and the factors influencing it are known. With Wardley Maps and the accompanying Strategy Cycle, Simon Wardley has created effective tools that make strategy accessible to everyone. In this session we will introduce you to the Strategy Cycle and Wardley Maps and show how to make the best use of both.

After the session, you will understand the importance of situational awareness in strategy development and how to use Wardley Maps for this purpose.

Mathias, Marius and Florian have met in the agile, lean and leadership community of Hamburg on different occasions and discovered their enthusiasm for Wardley Maps and strategy work almost simultaneously. Mathias is an Agile Coach and Kanban Enterprise Coach. Marius is an Agile Coach and Entrepreneur. Florian comes from product management and is now working as Service Delivery Manager."
