Women’s Full Body Strength, Hormonal Balance & Body Confidence

A welcoming women-only personal training class designed to help you feel stronger, more confident and more connected to your body. Through a mix of full-body strength training, body sculpting, conditioning and supportive coaching, you’ll improve fitness, build strength and support your overall hormonal wellness in a positive and empowering environment.

This class also focuses on women’s health, including:
• PCOS-friendly training
• Hormonal balance & metabolism support
• Stress-conscious and sustainable exercise
• Building confidence and body awareness

Suitable for beginners to intermediate fitness levels.

NOTES:

  • Wear comfortable activewear that makes you feel confident and free to move
  • Use clean shoes or socks
  • Please bring water and a towel
  • Arrive 5 minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy the session.
