Running operations is tough. Too many alerts and interrupted sleep significantly hurts team happiness and productivity.

What can we do?

Our aim is to help ease communication, reduce fatigue and eliminate stress.

We're encouraging the discussion and sharing of ideas and best practices around how to look after the team who look after your systems.

This will be our inaugural meetup and Stylight (http://tech.stylight.com) will be hosting us with pizza and beer. I highly recommend reading up on what HumanOps (http://www.humanops.com/) is, but our first talk will be an introduction to the topic. We are also looking for 1-2 speakers.
