๐ Join our after-work training group and prepare together in a fun, social, and motivating atmosphere.
Whether you're a beginner or already running regularly โ youโre welcome.
## ๐ Weekly Runs (April โ May)
We train twice a week after work:
### ๐ต Wednesday โ Easy Social Run
๐ 19:30
### ๐ฃ Sunday โ Long Run (Main Session)
๐ 16:00
- Distance increases every week
*Structured pace groups
๐ This is the key session to prepare for the 20km
## ๐ณ๏ธ Follow Your Flag (Pace Groups)
To keep things simple, we use the official 20km Brussels pacemaker system:
- ๐ Beginner (โ 2h15)
Run/walk friendly โ just aim to finish
*๐ฃ Steady (โ 2h00)
Comfortable and regular pace
- ๐ข Intermediate (โ 1h45)
Faster group for those who want a challenge
๐ Not sure? Start easy โ you can switch anytime.
## ๐ Long Run Progression (Thursdays)
We gradually build up to the race:
6 km โ 8 km โ 10 km โ 12 km โ 14 km โ 16 km โ 18 km ๐ฅ
