Oasis Cover concert Bad Homburg

The posh city Bad Homburg boasts an impressive cultural entertainment program during the summer holidays (Bad Homburger Sommer).

Tonight we check out the performance of Oases, an Oasis cover band, the band dubbed the Beatles of the 1990s, which celebrated a comeback recently. They had tons of hits, the most famous certainly being Wonderwall. The concert starts at 19:30, with a break it goes till around 22:00. Let’s hope they sound similar to the original.

For those joining from Frankfurt, we meet 18:30 at underground platform 104 to take S5 to Friedrichsdorf departing 18:34, to reach Bad Homburg 18:56. it‘s a 15 mins walk to the venue, Kaiser Wilhelms Bad in the Kurpark. Optionally we can buy some snacks/drinks from a Rewe on the way. Those from Bad Homburg can meet us there - look out for a Meetup sign and location update in the event page. There are no benches at the venue, you can bring your own camping chair or a blanket to sit on. Entrance to the event is free, a limited selection of food and drinks is sold at the venue, you can bring your own, though. Try to avoid glass bottles or at least don’t bring them in a huge backpack.
