Zurich Expat Connect & Grow is a new kind of community for international professionals, parents, and educators. We're a space dedicated to the practice of meaningful, lasting connection—with each other, with our families, and with ourselves.
This group is powered by Wild Sense, a Zurich-based consultancy focused on human connection. We believe that connection is the key to all growth, and it's a skill we can all get better at, together.

This is a space for you if you are:

A parent (especially of teens) tackling the unique challenges of raising a family in a new country.

At WildSense, we believe that connection & conversation are the most powerful ways to fight hate. We provide the active tools to make that happen.
On November 16th, International Tolerance Day, we are hosting our unique 'What if...' experience in Zurich. Instead of just talking about tolerance, we guide participants through a powerful, immersive process designed for real, personal change.
With clarity, resilience and a deep-rooted empathy, you will walk away having honed your capacity for tolerance, armed with a new perspective to tackle division in your own world, whether that's your team or your family.
This experience is for everyone. This is your chance to move from feeling powerless to taking an active, powerful step toward a more tolerant reality.

- Date: Sunday, 16 November
- Time: The experience will run for 45 minutes, followed by the optional reflection time of 25 minutes.

RoundTable: Parents with teens

Not always easy. And, you don't have to do it alone.
Parenting through these years, especially as an expat family in Switzerland, comes with its own unique layers of complexity. It’s not about fixing anything; it’s about finding a way back to each other.
This is a space for that.The RoundTable: Parents with teens is a free, monthly gathering in Zurich for international parents who want to nurture their family connections.
It’s a chance to breathe, share, and learn together in a supportive, eye-level circle.
It's a loosely guided conversation where there is time for what's really needed:- Real Talk: A space to share the challenges and joys, to vent without judgment, and to simply be heard.
- Finding Hope: A reminder that you don't have to navigate these storms alone and that a reality filled with more ease and warmth is possible.
- Building Your Village: Connect with other expat parents who understand the journey and exchange needed support.
If you're looking for a path back to closeness with your teen, this circle is for you.

- When: The first Friday of every month, over lunch - 12 PM to 1:30 PM.
- Where: The Bridge, in the heart of Zurich.
- Cost: This is a complimentary community event.
- December's Theme: Pressure! As the year comes to an end, and there are so many things to get done, things often get hectic. Let's breathe in to it together and equip yourself with strength & tools for a pleasant closer.
