About the evening
In collaboration with Thoughtworks, Amicus is presenting their first Engineering Managers Meetup in Berlin. Expect established speakers, insightful talks, refreshments, networking and more!

Our speakers will discuss challenges they have faced or are facing currently, with the aim of encouraging discussion and problem-solving.
The anecdotes discussed will also help boost personal profiles of those in attendance as well as providing a platform to network!

About the Speakers
Vadym Kukhtin an Engineering Manager at Delivery Hero. He is currently responsible for 2 teams of 10+ engineers across the stack. He is always eager to learn about new technologies and languages, and has a passion in delivering high quality products with technical excellence. Much of his experience has came working with household-names such as Delivery Hero, Zalando and Oetker.

Nilanjan Dutta works with Zalando, working as an Engineering Manager. He is responsible for the progression of a cross-platform team across Mobile, Frontend and Backend engineers. He has a technical background, gaining experience as an Architect and a number of principal level roles. He's a passionate people-person and loves helping people develop professionally.

Apostolis Stergiou is currently working as an Engineering Manager for Shopify. He is responsible for the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of over 500 production services. A highlight of his is the rollout a self-serve uptime solution for microservices, reducing dependency on the third-party centralized solution for 95% of the services, cutting the costs by thousands of dollars per month.
