Future of Work after Covid

Covid forced everyone to experiment with new technologies and oranganizational arrangement. Online meetings replaced conferences and working from home became the norm.

Now that we have tasted both the positives and the negatives, how much would we revert to our old work habits? Would employers be incentivized to remove dedicated personal desks if hybrid working prevails? Should salary be cut or raised if there is no more commuting, but also more heating required at home?

How would the future of work look like after the pandemic?
