In this Yin practice, we take time to pause, soften, and simply be. With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways.
We allow gravity to guide the process. This subtle work calms the nervous system, nurtures stillness, and encourages quiet reflection. It's an opportunity to release tension from both body and mind, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

In this nude yoga class we will explore our own fragility and vulnerability, free from disguise and in a safe environment. What do I feel like when I'm not wearing clothing? How long does it take for me to get used to being the way nature had made me? Naked yoga dates back to a few thousand years ago. It was a spiritual tradition where nothing, not even a loincloth should be between you and your divine nature - a form of ultimate renunciation of worldly matters. There will be no particular focus on eroticism or sexuality. All parts and aspects of our bodies are equally acknowledged as being part of our lives.

Wie fühle ich mich, wenn ich keine Kleidung trage? Wie lange dauert es, bis ich mich daran gewöhnt habe, so zu sein, wie die Natur mich geschaffen hat? Nacktes Yoga geht auf eine Tradition zurück, die einige tausend Jahre alt ist und bei der nichts, nicht einmal ein Lendenschurz, zwischen dir und deiner göttlichen Natur stehen sollte - eine Form der ultimativen Entsagung von weltlichen Dingen. Erotik und Sexualität stehen dabei nicht im Vordergrund. Alle Teile und Aspekte unseres Körpers werden gleichermaßen als Teil unseres Lebens betrachtet.

Der Kurs richtet sich an alle, die noch nie Partnerakrobatik ausprobiert haben, aber motiviert und interessiert sind. Aber auch für Menschen, die schon Erfahrungen mitbringen, wird etwas dabei sein. Wir praktizieren L-Basing (bei der eine Person auf der Erde liegt und eine andere Person auf den Füßen oder Armen balanciert).
Wir werden uns jede Woche mit einem neuen Flow beschäftigen, wobei unser Fokus vor allem auf sauberer Technik und Sicherheit liegt.
Du kannst gerne alleine kommen, wir werden im Kurs Partner\*innen zum Ausprobieren der Flows finden.
Du brauchst: Bequeme, eng anliegende Kleidung, etwas zu trinken. Matten sind vor Ort.

Nach einem gemeinsamen Warm Up wird frei ausprobiert, um am Ende bei einem gemeinsamen Cool Down wieder zusammen zu kommen.

Healthy Back – Move Without Pain
This class focuses on movements and exercises designed to support a healthy back. Through a mix of stretching, strengthening and mindful breathing, you’ll learn how to release tension, improve posture, and build stability in the spine.
Each session offers accessible practices that can help ease stiffness in the shoulders, neck, and lower back, while also improving overall mobility. The class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re looking to prevent back discomfort, recover from long hours of sitting, or simply take better care of your body.
No previous yoga experience is required. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and supported in your everyday movement.

Grounding Hatha-Kundalini
A 60-minute Hatha-Kundalini practice designed to guide you back to a state of stillness and ease at the week's end. This session is a curated journey to calm the mind and strengthen the body, using grounding Pranayama (breath control), purposeful asana (postures), and potent Kriya sequences. We will explore finding ease even within physical and mental challenge, learning to steady the mind, release built-up anxiety, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self. The class is open to all levels, offering a mindful blend of challenge and relaxation.

Energising Vinyasa
In this dynamic class, breath and movement are seamlessly connected in a flowing sequence. Vinyasa yoga builds strength, flexibility and balance while calming the mind. Each session may vary in focus and intensity, but always follows a rhythm that allows students to feel grounded, challenged, and refreshed.
Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or deepen the practice.

Sunday Yoga Coffee Club (for women)
Looking for a way to move and connect with like-minded girls? This weekly session combines a gentle, yet dynamic Vinyasa flow with the chance to chat and unwind over coffee afterwards.
We'll start with 60 minutes of breath-led movement to wake up the body and calm the mind. After class, you're invited to join us for a cosy coffee (or tea, or matcha)\* at a nearby café in Kreuzberg.
This class is for women and for those who identify as women only, held in English, and open to all levels. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from altercations in the real world to the ring and some still compete in the cage. \
If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \
We will be located at 3923 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214 inside the whetstone rec center in the auditorium, upstairs in classroom B or outside in the grass between the playground and horseshoe area. our instructors are normally in a black and red art of fighting shirt \ if you can not find us call or text me at 6143570295

WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing!
Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.
Cost is $10.00 adults, $5.00 ages 12-26. Under 12 free. Free parking in church lot.
