Let's play badminton at Sports Centre Olšanka. We'll meet at 10.40 and play for 60 minutes. If you have a Multisport card please bring it along, as it will make the court free for you and also reduce the cost for others. The exhibition will be divided into three parts, specially designed for the impressive spaces of the institute, a major architectural complex from the late 16th and early 17th centuries. The Baroque chapel will display works that chart a very long and important period in the master's career, from the 1930s to the early 1970s, from metaphysical architecture, through vedutes of Venice to famous Italian squares. The chapter hall will display a significant selection of works dedicated to de Chirico's so-called "baroque" phase, from paintings of horses and riders to still lifes, which the artist liked to call "quiet lives". The last part, located in the foyer, will present the artist's work in the field of graphics, to which he attached great importance. Drawings, sketches, lithographs and engravings from the archive of the great printer Alberto Caprini, with whom the master had a long relationship based on mutual respect and collaboration, will be exhibited. Hi All, Come and join us for social running and a coffee! We meet at the main gate of Vystaviste - tram stop Vystaviste Holesovice. We will run in Stromovka. Usually we run around 50mins and it is up to everyone how many kilometres. We welcome all levels of runner. We can all run together or, if there is more of us, we can split into groups and at the end of the run we all meet close to the starting point to go for a coffee to a nice local coffee place (where they also sell cakes and great chocolate). We thought of one of the interesting things that can be enjoyed at this time of the year. We will be meeting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for a "Fish Fry" in Marian Hall on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM. It might be fun for you to experience what has become a tradition on the Fridays before Easter. They will have fried fish or baked fish, French fries and Cole slaw, as well as beverages, all for $16.00 for adults. They will have other beverages and desserts available for sale, as well. We have never tried this, and sometimes there are quite a few people at these events so we hope that we will be able to find each other easily.
