Wir starten in Filzbach und laufen vorbei an Zeitzeugen aus römischer Zeit. Wir werfen einen Blick auf den höchsten Wasserfall Europas, der besonders im Frühjahr viel Wasser führt. In Obstalden besichtigen wir die sehenswerte Kirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert und stehen plötzlich vor dem Grab der einzigen Schweizer Prinzessin. Weiter geht es - immer mit grossartigem Rundblick über den türkisfarbenen Walensee – durch ein Felsloch (aufrecht) und über eine Hängebrücke, langsam abwärts Richtung Murg, dem Endziel unserer Wanderung. Zwischendurch nehmen wir uns Zeit für Meditationsübungen.
