In this Yin practice, we take time to pause, soften, and simply be. With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways. We allow gravity to guide the process. This subtle work calms the nervous system, nurtures stillness, and encourages quiet reflection. It's an opportunity to release tension from both body and mind, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. The class is led in English and is open to all levels. .

Active Flow is a dynamic Vinyasa-inspired practice that both challenges and energizes, while respecting the unique needs and limits of your body. Flow through strong, fluid sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility, all guided by breath and mindful presence. Each session creates space to connect body, mind, and soul, not only through movement, but also with moments of meditation and intentional stillness. You’ll leave feeling grounded, and spacious, never overwhelmed. Open to all levels, with modifications and variations to suit your practice. This class is held in English. Come join a small group for hatha yoga in my home studio in Prenzlauer berg. I am a certified yoga teacher, having trained in Bali and India. After the class you will feel relaxed, yet energised. Mats are included and sanitised, altogether 15 euros. Your muscles will be lengthened and back stiffness reduced more and more each time✨

Let's start the new year with a new hike along places which are - at least according to their names - neu and schön. We will meet at 12:30 at the S-Bahn station Hohen Neuendorf. It is reachable by S1 and S8. We will walk from Hohen Neuendorf through the Bieselheide forest, pass by the Hubertussee, along some open meadows and swamps, through the protected landscape formed by the stream Kindelfließ to the village Schönfließ. We will finish at the S-Bahn station Schönfließ from where we can take the S8 back to the city center. Note: Both Hohen Neuendorf and Schönfließ are in the C tariff area.
