Puis, un exercice d'entraînement à la CNV sera proposé en petit groupe pendant environ 1h, avant de nous retrouver tous ensemble de nouveau dans la grande salle zoom pour clôturer la session. Pour celles et ceux qui le peuvent, **une possibilité "d'after"** peut être proposée pour échanger sur les questionnements de chacun quant à la session qui vient de se terminer ou sur des questionnements plus généraux en lien avec la CNV.
