Nite time trail run on forest track 10 km loop (2) non stop. decent ascent. Park OUTSIDE Carpark as it automatically locks. Water, head torch, trail runners. No leaders. All donations (even if not running this time) 5e or less will go directly via me to NMS Society. Just rev me @marky1 ..
