Most people look at leadership through the eyes of what tools or concepts one can acquire to become a better leader. Yet in reality, leadership is something that comes from within. In order to expand as a better leader, the key point is to look within oneself and gain a deeper awareness as to how one functions as a person, which has 100% with how one is as a leader.
In this interactive talk and networking event, we will talk about the true and untrue feminine & masculine way of leadership, which are characteristics within each person. This evening isn't about discussing women or male roles as gender, but rather about the paradigms of 'leading by dominance and force' as the old approach and 'holistic empowerment as a leader' as the new approach.
We will bring awareness to the nature of how we function as leaders; to look at leadership through a different perspective and in a more holistic way.
Organized and lead by Jazmin Medrano (Unfettered Living) and Martina Etemadieh (Soulification), two former corporate women-turned-entrepreneurial leaders-and-transformational-coaches; they will explore these topics and clarify from a holistic perspective:
- How you can reduce stress in your (business) life by becoming aware of the structures of true and untrue natures of leadership qualities.
- How that supports the natural evolvement and growth of both a person and a company.
How to identify untrue leadership traits that lead you to the realms of victimhood (dependence) and (independence) as opposed to interdependence. - How to lead (oneself and others) from an authentic place of joy, trust, and creativity (interdependence).
- The root of different traits (such as guilt, neediness, expectation, control, blame, aggression, superiority, demands, etc.) that block you from flow, creativity, joy, inspiration, mastership, etc.

Jazmin Medrano: With over 17 years of work experience, Jazmin, a former music executive at Universal Music, has led and managed a wide scope of (digital) products and projects in and developed strategies in the realms of digital production, marketing, financial analysis, business development and sales.
As a transformational coach, consultant, and TEDx speaker, Jazmin’s creative, empathetic, and inviting spirit contribute to her dedication to creating an impact by shifting awareness of self, expression, and human dynamics in the lives of others. She is passionate about identifying the impulses and character traits that make people act in a certain way within any environment and how to incorporate their natural behavior, talents, and skills to lead them to expansion and growth.
