About Dominic:
For over three decades, I’ve lived a life of transformation, healing and learning, exploring the exciting balance between stillness and creative energy. From remote Buddhist retreat centers to vibrant courses filled with seekers from around the world, my path has been one of growth, discovery, and freedom. Rooted in spirituality and driven by a deep curiosity for life, I’ve dedicated myself to building communities, organising transformative experiences, and embracing the beauty of the unexpected. Today, I channel these experiences into powerful Breathwork sessions, immersive retreats, and transformative coaching, creating spaces where others can awaken their vitality, release trauma, reclaim their authenticity, and step into a life of freedom and connection.

It’s a beautiful way to soften the stress of the day, land in your body, and carry more ease into the rest of your week.💫 To Get the Most Out of It:
- Avoid eating right before we begin
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Use headphones or good speakers (the music and guidance are key)
- Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down without interruptions
- Bring a blanket or eye mask if that feels good (optional — we keep it simple)
