Every Tuesday we meet via zoom for a really beautiful short breathwork session

This is all about finding ones center, embodying joy and calm for the rest of week.
It is a beautiful way to let the stressors and repetitive thoughts of the day dissolve for a while and really feel focus and oneness.

To have the best experience it is advised to do breathwork not directly after eating.

I would also recommend wearing compfortable cloths.

You will need headphones or good speakers as the breathwork is accompanied by music and a guided meditation.

Please find a comfortable and undisturbed space to sit or lie down.

You are welcome to bring an open mind and heart to the session. This is a wonderful group of beautiful people!

These are the contraindications. By reserving a spot you agree that you have read them and that you are free of any of the contraindications:

Severe/critical diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe - Severe uncontrolled hypertension (usually after a heart attack) - Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness - Pregnancy - If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or irregular heart beat (Exception: your doctor gives you specific permission). - Some conditions (Eg: Tinnitus, hernias) may be aggravated by forceful mouth breathing, prolonged breath holds and prolonged, intense, rapid breathing/hyperventilation and careful attention to technique is required.
