Title: Future Mobility Concepts and holistic UX
Abstract: Highly automated vehicle concepts with exchangeable cabins on top of electric vehicle platforms is a new mobility trend provided by available and ready to use technology. Vehicle interiors are gaining more importance especially in terms of on-demand shared transportation.
The question is how the interiors of those cabins are designed to support occupants best in their activities. Depending on custom use-cases defined by fleets, transportation providers or private customers the interior packages reveal new interactive concepts serving the end-users. The role of the safety driver changes over time. The passengers spend time in the "x-rooms on wheels" while being productive during the ride. How will UX/UI/Interaction design support the occupants during their individual or shared rides in highly automated vehicles?
Bio: Sofia is passionate about automated vehicle technologies, interaction design concepts and innovative user experience designs.
Sofia is currently focused on autonomous vehicle user experience and transportation interior design concepts at HFM. This includes the definition of virtual reality interior designs and concept development for highly automated vehicle platforms - “Motionboard".

Title: UI/UX design challenges in blockchain
Abstract: The blockchain industry is developing very fast. This means its UI products become more complex too. As part of our Design Thinking efforts, Lisk’s Design team took considerable time to understand the users and the challenges that come together with the process of designing for blockchain users. The work that has been done so far in researching, prototyping, testing and implementing the design changes will be showcased by keeping in mind the user centered approach. After a short introduction about the technology and its complexity, several challenges together with the solutions will be presented.
Bio:
Julian’s curiosity for all things technology and passion for good stories led him to naturally begin playing with analog cameras and old-fashioned video editing software when he was just a teenager. Originally a videographer, he specialised in design and motion graphics for 10 years. As the first designer of the Company, Julian was in charge of building the design team that he currently leads.
From the early days of his career as a developer, Ali realized the incredible benefits that open source frameworks and libraries can bring to the world. He personally benefited from these advantages, but never had the chance to pass them onto his community. Here at Lisk, he finally has the ability to contribute, as the Lisk platform encourages people to work together to build a better, decentralized world. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Sistan in Iran.
