We’ll start by introducing ourselves because knowing and trusting the people around us makes it easier to relax and enjoy the moment together.

Then, we’ll gently guide you through some simple mindfulness exercises designed to help us connect with nature and each other.

Feel free to bring a pad or cushion if you prefer not to sit directly on a rock or a damp bench.

To help everyone have a smooth, peaceful time, we kindly ask you to arrive on time so we don't have to interrupt our flow once we start. Your presence and cooperation are what make this group special!
