Unreal Engine Stuttgart Megameetup #2

Das Unreal Megameetup Stuttgart geht in die nächste Runde. Dieses Mal dreht sich alles um Metahumans: Virtuelle Menschen, die inzwischen unglaublich nah an ihre "echten" Vorbilder herankommen. Zu Beginn gibt es einen kurzen Vortrag (15min.) zum Themenbereich Virtual Production. Danach kann von Euch ein XSENS Motion Capture Setup ausprobiert werden, mit dem sich in Echtzeit Eure Bewegungen auf einen Metahuman übertragen lassen. Zusätzlich steht natürlich wie immer das Networking im Vordergrund:
Für Essen (auch vegetarisch) und Trinken wird von uns gesorgt. Unterhaltung gibt es passend dazu an unserem Flipper oder unseren Retro-Arcade-Automaten.

Bei gutem Wetter findet das Event außen im Hinterhof statt und wir grillen!

Weather permitting, the event will be held outside in the backyard and we will have a barbecue!

The Unreal Megameetup Stuttgart goes into the next round. This time, it's all about Metahumans: virtual humans that have become incredibly close to their "real" counterparts. At the beginning there will be a short lecture about Virtual Production (15 min.). Afterwards, you can try out an XSENS motion capture setup, which allows you to transfer your movements to a Metahuman in real time. Additionally, as always, networking will be in the foreground:
Food (also vegetarian) and drinks will be provided by us. Entertainment will be provided by our pinball and retro arcade machines.
