Unreal Engine - 2019 - August Meetup

Hey everyone,

the Unreal Meetup is back!

We are thrilled to announce that this meetup will take place at the Holecafé Düsseldorf! After searching so long for a new location, we finally made it happen. They have a very nice tech setup, more than enough space for us and you can buy drinks. It's a café after all ;)

Here is a rough schedule for the evening:

19:00 (7PM) - KICK OFF:

Short introduction round for new and old members.
Some general news and discussions about UE4 and the Meetup.

19:30 (7:30PM) - TALKS:

They are SLUGGERFLY. They create games!
The creators of "Ben and Ed" will show us their current project named "Hell Pie" and give some insights into its development.

Unreal Engine Evangelist Andreas Suika will show us how to have fun with physical animations. Learn how you can use it in your project and expect some slapstick.

21:00 (9PM) - NETWORKING:

If you want to connect with other devs, show off your own projects or just have a casual chat with some friends, now is the time!

22:00 (10PM) - END

Official end is at 10pm, but we can continue our discussions afterwards as we usually do, for example at the nearby restaurant/bar Frankenheim-Brauereiausschank.

Keep in mind that, depending on the talks etc., this schedule may adjust a bit in the end. Start and End Time will remain the same though.
