Details

Many people notice that after a short sense of motivation, old routines quietly return.

In this session, we explore why breaking patterns feels so difficult and what actually helps create movement without force or self-pressure.

A calm, grounded space for understanding and reflection.

What we’ll explore
• Why familiar routines return even when motivation is genuine
• How the nervous system prioritizes safety over change
• The difference between forcing change and creating real movement
• Why awareness often matters more than effort
• What keeps patterns in place without conscious choice

How this event works

The format unfolds in two connected parts:

1. A structured input (~30 minutes)
A focused talk introducing the mechanics behind stress, control, and emotional holding.

2. A live conversation round
Reflection, questions, and shared perspectives.

Both parts belong together and form the full experience.

Participation & presence

This event is built around shared presence and dialogue.
I’m not speaking at an audience. I’m speaking with the people in the room.
For that reason, camera on is part of the format. Seeing each other is essential for the quality of the conversation.

Listening, reflecting, and actively participating are core elements of this session.

If you prefer anonymous or camera-off formats, this event is not for you.

A small note on regulation
Whether you attend this event or simply read this description:

A free 10-Minute Reset is available. A short, grounding practice designed to support regulation and create space.

If the idea of taking 10 minutes for yourself already feels like too much, that reaction is meaningful. It often points to a nervous system running in constant alert mode.

In that case, those 10 minutes are usually exactly what creates the most relief.

This is not part of the event.
It’s simply available.

What you’ll take with you
• A clearer understanding of your own recurring patterns
• A calmer relationship with change and resistance
• A sense of orientation instead of pushing for solutions
