About the Talk - Job Hunting as a UX Designer
Job hunting, we all know it, but it’s never easy. As UX designers, we face crowded applicant pools, long hiring processes, rejections, or no response at all. For juniors, expectations feel high and competition overwhelming, and even experienced designers struggle with transitions and shifting markets.

There’s plenty of advice out there, such as portfolio tips, cover letter templates, and checklists, but the volume can quickly become overwhelming. In this session, I’ll share a practical guideline to help you navigate the job search, including step-by-step examples and platforms for inspiration, feedback, and mentoring. Much of it may not be new, but sometimes you just need to be reminded of what you already know, and find the motivation to take the next step, whether that’s signing up for the next networking event, asking colleagues for feedback on your portfolio, or simply feeling less alone in the process.

This session is also a space to connect, share experiences, and maybe even find a feedback partner for your journey ahead.

About the Talk - Mastering the Infinite Canvas: Designing a System for How You Work
AI increases output. Prototypes multiply. Exploration accelerates. Clarity does not. Figma’s infinite canvas is powerful because it mirrors how designers think: iterative, visual, spatial. But as discovery evolves, most files drift into chaos. Ideas scatter. Context fades. Decisions become hard to trace. This talk is about building a lightweight system for how you work inside Figma. Not a design system for your product, but one for your workflow. You will see how to use Figma’s native features to organize messy discovery, inspiration, and reference screens without slowing down. I will share practical, unconventional techniques to move efficiently through complex exploration, and show how to preserve context across tools like Notion, Jira, or even ChatGPT conversations. Join me to transform the infinite canvas into a high-leverage system for focus, alignment, and traceability.

We are looking forward to welcoming you.
