Vegans in Zug

Dear community,

The last potluck was again wonderful and we are excited for our next potluck in the form of a cosy brunch on a Sunday morning :)

There are almost always 1-2 people dropping out at the last minute, so please feel free to sign up for the waiting list. I will send you a message with the location (private home) a day before the event.

To create a colourful potluck, please bring your favourite HOMEMADE vegan meal for at least 4 people to share. This will lead to a delicious variety of new things to try.

Everyone is welcome :)
No need to bring your own tableware.

p.s. If you are coming by car and you have space, please share in the group for potential car pooling.

If some people feel fancy, there is the option to have some drinks afterwards.

Dear women,

If you are looking for a supportive and empowering space to connect with other women, share your stories, challenges, and dreams, and build meaningful connections — you are warmly invited to join our Women’s Circle in Rifferswil.

We are currently a small group of women who come together a few times a year to slow down, reflect, and nurture our inner world.

What to expect:
Each circle has a different theme for the evening.
We usually begin with a guided meditation and pull a card for inspiration. I then share journaling questions to invite reflection, and those who feel called can share their insights or experiences in the group.
Please bring a notebook and pen with you.

Cooking & Dinner (optional):
If you have time before the circle, you are warmly welcome to join us for cooking and a shared vegan dinner.

• Cooking starts at 17:00
• If you only want to join for dinner, come at 18:00
• The Women’s Circle begins at 19:00 and ends around 21:15

Location: Rifferswil (exact address upon registration)
Cost: CHF 20 (to cover room costs)

If you’d like to join the cooking and dinner part, please send me a short message so I can plan accordingly.
