#Speaker: Denada Korita (FlixBus)

Denada is a Software Engineer working for FlixBus, a German tech based mobility company. Her main focus are digital assistants and their application in customer support via different channels be it voice or UI-based. Currently her hands-on tech stack includes Python, AWS and tools which help to build bots including Dialogflow, AOG and Facebook Messenger.

John is Technical Programme Manager for the Samsung Digital Services team in Germany, leading the technical development of digital services for the German market for Samsung, chiefly focused on Bixby - Samsung's voice assistant. Previous to joining the Samsung team, John lead the European Operations Team at Napster, one of the first global music-streaming services and has many years experience in managing technology programmes and implementing partner integrations for digital platforms.
