Do you love chess and jazz?
Then join us on Sunday, June 29 at 6 PM!

The open chess club is led by Julius Bahner, a former "upper league" chess-player with extensive experience coaching both youth and adult.

Play chess in the atmospheric setting of the Mulackei - a heritage-listed red-brick building in the heart of Berlin - beneath a grand chandelier, surrounded by gothic candelabras and the quiet presence of a sublime old piano. An ambience Stefan Zweig himself might have imagined for his chess player.

Especially on hot summer days, our location – with its cool brick walls and a green, fairy-lit courtyard – offers a refreshing way to end your Sunday evening in good company.
